Ordering and Shipping

  • We accept a variety of payment methods for flexible and convenient checkout:

    • PayPal

    • Stripe for credit card payments - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB and Apple Pay.

  • Yes, for international please reach out so we can provide you with accurate shipping costs.

    For artwork 24" x 24" and larger, pieces will be shipped via DHL, unstretched and rolled.

    You are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties when your order reaches its destination.

    *From time to time orders may be delayed in customs, this is beyond our control and we do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly.

    • Jewelry: Free U.S. shipping via UPS on all orders

    • Art: Ships UPS

  • For artwork larger than 40" x 40", the painting will be shipped unstretched and rolled.

    If you prefer the artwork to be shipped stretched, please contact me to arrange shipping details before making your purchase.

    • Jewelry: Every piece is handmade to order. From the time you place the order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your piece to be made and an additional week for shipping. Signature will be required upon delivery.

    • Artwork: Ships within 5-7 business days

  • All Jewelry & Art is shipped via UPS with insurance and tracking. As soon as tracking is available we will provide it.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Unworn and undamaged items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 days of delivery.

    A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. All shipping charges and gift-wrapping services are nonrefundable.

  • We are unable to offer a return on items without proof of purchase.

  • Please contact elaine@elainechongdesigns.com with your order number to notify us of your return before shipping the product. Items must be packaged and returned in original packaging.

    For all returns, except where the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. We aim to process all returned orders within 30 working days provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

    A 10% restocking fee will go back to your original form of payment (PayPal or Stripe).

    Any damage to packaging in transit is not included as a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

    We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.

  • Custom orders and commissioned art are not eligible for return.

  • Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. We aim to process all returned orders within 30 working days provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.

  • Sometimes you hit that purchase now button too quickly. We get it, fine jewelry and art are investments and we want you to feel good about your purchase. Please notify us within 24 hours if you have had a change of heart. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after 24 hours.
